Submit A Testimonial

I have reviewed my testimonial, freely consent to the use of any submitted information and approve of its publication. I hereby grant John M. Carroll the non-exclusive, irrevocable, unlimited, assignable, sub- licenseable, perpetual, fully paid-up and royalty-free right to prepare derivative works of, improve, transmit, adapt, display, distribute, publish, remove, retain and use for commercial purposes in any way known now, or developed in the future, for any information provided to John Carroll including, but not limited to, content or ideas without any further consent, notice and/or compensation. I submit that I am the copyright or trademark owner or licensee. I understand my testimonial will be reviewed before it is published and if I would like to later modify or unpublish my testimonial, I will contact John Carroll.
